The voices we use, in order of preference: Microsoft Valluvar (Windows and the Edge browser), Google Tamil (Android and Chrome) and Apple's built-in Tamil voice (iPhone, iPad and Mac). - Microsoft Edge (Windows, Mac, Linux): open this page in Edge. It includes the online voices Valluvar (male) and Pallavi (female) for Tamil, with nothing to install. It needs an internet connection. Menu names change a little between versions. About copyright and privacy: makekite does not host, copy or send you any voice. Your own device reads the words aloud, using a voice you install from Microsoft, Google or Apple under their terms for personal use, and we record nothing. Online voices, such as those in Edge, send the text being read to the voice provider's speech service.
