📐 Angle Sorter
Sort angles into acute, right, obtuse, straight and reflex boxes by looking at the size of the turn.
How to play
Look at the turn between the two arms of the angle (marked in red). Compare it with a right angle – the corner of a page. Tap or drag the angle into the box that describes it.
⌨️ Keyboard: press the number on a box to sort the card into it.
What it teaches
Comparing angles to a right angle begins in Year 3–4, and naming acute, obtuse, straight and reflex angles follows in Years 5 and 6. Estimating before measuring with a protractor helps catch reading errors.
Levels: Three kinds (Acute, right, obtuse) · Add straight (Four kinds) · All five (Includes reflex)
