How to play
The line is split into equal parts. Read the fraction, count the parts from zero and tap where it belongs. The bottom number says how many parts make one whole; the top number says how many to count.

What it teaches
Seeing fractions as numbers with a place on the line (not just pieces of a pizza) is a big step in Years 3 to 5. Mixed numbers on the hard level prepare students for comparing and adding fractions in Year 6.
