Square Pyramid Net Template
Square-based pyramid net with glue tabs. Enter the base and height and the template works out the slant height for you.
What it's for
The slant height of each triangle is calculated from the base and the vertical height (by Pythagoras), so the folded pyramid stands exactly as tall as you set. Great for geometry lessons and Egypt projects.
Which size to choose
A 50 mm base with a 50 mm height fits A4 or Letter. Larger or taller pyramids need A3.
Printing tips
- Pick the paper size above first. The print dialog should then show the same size; if it doesn't, choose it there too.
- Set Scale to 100% or Actual size (not "Fit to page") so measurements stay true. Margins are already built into the sheet.
- Turn off "Headers and footers" in the print dialog for a clean edge.
- Choose Grey to save ink, or Black if you will photocopy the page.
