What it's for
Use the sheet to hand-letter cards, design a layout or check sizes before ordering. Australian cards are usually 90 × 55 mm, US cards 3.5 × 2 inches and European cards 85 × 55 mm. The dashed safe area keeps text away from the trim.
Which size to choose
A4 fits nine 90 × 55 mm cards at standard margins, or ten with narrow margins. US Letter fits ten 3.5 × 2 in cards.
Printing tips
- Pick the paper size above first. The print dialog should then show the same size; if it doesn't, choose it there too.
- Set Scale to 100% or Actual size (not "Fit to page") so measurements stay true. Margins are already built into the sheet.
- Turn off "Headers and footers" in the print dialog for a clean edge.
- Choose Grey to save ink, or Black if you will photocopy the page.
