Envelope Template
Printable envelope templates for C6, DL, C5, square and custom sizes. Cut, fold and glue to make your own envelopes.
What it's for
Cut along the solid outline, fold along the dashed lines, fold the side flaps in and glue the bottom flap over them. A C6 envelope takes A6 cards or A4 folded in quarters; DL takes A4 folded in thirds; C5 takes A5 or A4 folded once.
Which size to choose
A C6 envelope fits on A4 or Letter and a 130 mm square envelope fits on A4. DL, C5 and 150 mm square envelopes need A3, because the unfolded net is larger than A4.
Printing tips
- Pick the paper size above first. The print dialog should then show the same size; if it doesn't, choose it there too.
- Set Scale to 100% or Actual size (not "Fit to page") so measurements stay true. Margins are already built into the sheet.
- Turn off "Headers and footers" in the print dialog for a clean edge.
- Choose Grey to save ink, or Black if you will photocopy the page.
