Run the shop counter: work out the change and hand it over in Australian coins and notes.
How to play
Read the price and how much the customer paid. Count up from the price to the amount paid – that difference is the change. Tap coins and notes to make it, then press Check.
⌨️ Keyboard: number keys add coins, Backspace removes the last one, Enter checks.
What it teaches
Counting change for simple transactions is a Year 3 outcome in the Australian Curriculum, extending to larger amounts in Years 4–5. Counting up from the price is the method most people use at a real counter.
