In English

The birds have begun to sing, look. Did you not hear the great sound of the white conch in the temple of the Lord whose banner bird is Garuda? Girl, get up. He drank the poisoned milk of the demoness and ended her. He kicked the deceitful cart to pieces. He sleeps on the serpent over the floodwaters, the seed of everything. Sages and yogis keep him in their hearts, and rise slowly, saying 'Hari'. That great sound enters the heart and cools it. Rise up.
