In English

Praise to your feet, with which you once measured this world. Praise to your strength, with which you went to the south and ended Lanka. Praise to your glory, which kicked the cart to pieces. Praise to your anklet, with which you hurled the calf-demon like a stick. Praise to your goodness, which lifted a mountain as an umbrella. Praise to the spear in your hand, which wins and destroys your foes. Always praising your acts of valour, to receive the gift of the vow, we have come today. Have mercy on us.

About this verse
