In English

Kings of this wide world lay aside their pride and gather humbly beneath your couch. In the same way, we have come and gathered close to you. Like a lotus opening from the shape of a small bell, let your red-tinged eyes open slowly and look upon us. As if the moon and the sun had risen together, if you look at us with those two eyes, the burden upon us will fall away.

About this verse

The verse compares the girls to proud kings who have come humbly to Krishna's couch, and asks for a single kind glance. It is a well-known image of the Lord's eyes as the sun and moon together.
