In English

People of the world, listen to what we do for our vow. We sing the feet of the Lord who sleeps softly on the ocean of milk. We do not take ghee or milk. We bathe at the very start of the morning. We do not line our eyes with kohl or put flowers in our hair. We do nothing that should not be done, and we do not speak ill of anyone. We give alms and gifts as generously as we can. Thinking of the path to uplift, we keep the vow with joy.
