Number Line Paper
Blank and labelled number lines from 0–10, 0–20, −10 to 10, 0–100 and decimals. Up to 12 lines per page.
What it's for
Number lines help with counting on, addition and subtraction, negative numbers and decimals. Pick a range or print blank ticks so students fill in the numbers themselves.
Which size to choose
A4 landscape gives the longest lines and easiest spacing.
Printing tips
- Pick the paper size above first. The print dialog should then show the same size; if it doesn't, choose it there too.
- Set Scale to 100% or Actual size (not "Fit to page") so measurements stay true. Margins are already built into the sheet.
- Turn off "Headers and footers" in the print dialog for a clean edge.
- Choose Grey to save ink, or Black if you will photocopy the page.
