How to play
Read the clue, then tap the letter tiles in order to spell the word. Use Undo to take back a letter, or Hint to place the first letter (it costs two points). You can also type the letters on a keyboard.
⌨️ Keyboard: type letters directly; Backspace undoes; Enter checks typed answers.
What it teaches
Unscrambling words makes students think about which letter patterns are possible in English – for example that “ck” ends words but rarely starts them. It practises spelling, vocabulary and working memory together.
Levels: 3–4 letters (Short words) · 5–6 letters (Medium words) · 7–8 letters (Long words)
