💡 Switch Off
Turn every light off – but each press also flips the lights next to it. A logic puzzle that rewards planning.
How to play
Pressing a light flips it from on to off (or off to on) along with its neighbours above, below, left and right. Work out which presses will turn everything off. Tip: pressing the same light twice undoes it, so order does not matter – only which lights you press.
⌨️ Keyboard: Tab to a light and press Enter or Space.
What it teaches
This puzzle rewards systematic thinking: try clearing the top row and then using the row below to clear what is left. Noticing that order does not matter is an early taste of the mathematics behind it.
Levels: 3 × 3 (Up to 3 presses) · 4 × 4 (Up to 5 presses) · 5 × 5 (Up to 8 presses)
