Singapore CPF contribution calculator

How much you and your employer pay into the CPF each month and year, by age group, using the contribution rates from 1 January 2026.

For Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents in their third year or later, with monthly wages above $750. First and second year PRs have different rates, and bonuses have a separate ceiling. Check the CPF Board for current rates.

How this calculator works

CPF contributions are a percentage of your monthly wages up to the Ordinary Wage ceiling of $8,000. From 1 January 2026, for ages 55 and under the employee pays 20% and the employer 17%. Rates fall for older workers: employee 18% and employer 16% for 55 to 60 (the CPF table says above 55 to 60), 12.5% each for 60 to 65, 7.5% and 9% for 65 to 70, and 5% and 7.5% above 70.

Worked example: on $6,000 a month at age 40, you pay 20% = $1,200 and your employer pays 17% = $1,020, a total of $2,220 a month. On $9,000 a month the wages subject to CPF are capped at $8,000, so you pay $1,600 and your employer $1,360.
