In English

Because we have not gone to the earth to be born there, we spend our days in vain. Looking at this earth, where Shiva saves souls, we see how it is done. Lord of Thiruperunthurai, Vishnu also longed for it, and Brahma on the lotus desired it too. You and your true mercy can enter the world and take us as your own. Precious nectar, please rise from your bed.

About this verse

In the last verse the heavenly beings say that they envy those who are born on earth, where the Lord's grace saves souls. It ends with the same call as every verse: Lord, please rise and come among us.
