How to pack for a trip without forgetting anything
Forgetting something small is the usual trip problem. Pack from a list, not from memory, and build it in categories: documents, clothes, toiletries, electronics, medicines and extras for the destination.
Check the weather forecast a few days out and plan outfits that mix and match, so each item works with at least two others. Roll clothes, keep heavy items near the wheels of a suitcase, and put liquids in a sealed bag.
Keep documents, money, medicines and chargers in your carry-on. For international travel, check passport validity and entry requirements early, and check the airline's baggage limits. Tick off the list as you pack, not afterwards.
