Super guarantee calculator
Work out employer superannuation guarantee on a salary at the current 12% rate.
The SG rate rose to 12% on 1 July 2025. Check the ATO for current rules on ordinary time earnings, caps and payment timing.
How this calculator works
Super guarantee = ordinary time earnings × SG rate. Ordinary time earnings usually include your normal pay and some allowances, but not overtime.
Worked example: $85,000 × 12% = $10,200 a year, or $2,550 a quarter. If you're offered a $95,200 package including super, that's the same deal as $85,000 plus super.
