Seating Chart Template
Seating chart for classrooms in rows of desks, or for weddings and events with round tables. Choose rows, tables and seats.
What it's for
Write names in each desk or seat box. The classroom layout numbers desks so you can match them to a class list; the event layout labels tables and spaces seats evenly.
Which size to choose
A4 or Letter landscape for a classroom; A3 for a wedding or event plan.
Printing tips
- Pick the paper size above first. The print dialog should then show the same size; if it doesn't, choose it there too.
- Set Scale to 100% or Actual size (not "Fit to page") so measurements stay true. Margins are already built into the sheet.
- Turn off "Headers and footers" in the print dialog for a clean edge.
- Choose Grey to save ink, or Black if you will photocopy the page.
