Split expenses by income calculator
Share a bill between two people in proportion to what each earns.
Use the same basis for both incomes, e.g. both before tax or both after tax.
How this calculator works
Each person's share = their income ÷ combined income.
Worked example: incomes of $90,000 and $60,000 give a 60/40 split, so a $3,000 bill becomes $1,800 and $1,200 rather than $1,500 each.
